Tea Recipes
Enjoy a relaxing cuppa after you class before you get on with the rest of your day. Here are some recipe ideas for you to try.
Choco Coconut Latte
In a pan, gently warm a cup of coconut milk
Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder and a dash of vanilla essence
Mix well and turn off the heat, adding sugar/honey to taste.
Fennel Tea
In a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds to 1 - 2 cups of water and simmer gently for 5 - 10 minutes.
Allow the fennel to infuse fully then turn off the heat and sieve the seeds.
Drink warm or cool to room temperature.
Fennel tea is a great digestive aid to reduce bloating and cramps. 
Also beneficial for reducing hot flashes.
